Hi! I’m Monica Vandervoort PT, DPT.
I’m a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health for all genders—specifically pelvic floor and lumbopelvic girdle dysfunction. I am also a Board Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist.

Dr. Monica Vandervoort founded Summus Rehabilitation to prioritize meaningful patient relationships and provide individualized, contextualized care tailored to each person’s healing journey.

Monica believes seeking treatment can be a vulnerable experience and is honored by the trust her patients place in her. Her goal is for every individual to feel seen and heard, gain a clear understanding of their body and symptoms, and leave with sustainable strategies for long-term wellness.

Monica specializes in pelvic health, gait analysis, foot pain, persistent low back and hip pain, and is a board certified women's health clinical specialist.
On A Personal Note
Outside the clinic, Monica enjoys cooking, triathlons, hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family - her pup Clifton, her toddler, and her husband.

My name is Isha Kelkar (she/her), and I am a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health! I also find joy in treating complex hip and back conditions as well. I am currently working towards my Women’s Health Clinical Specialist Board Certification.
